Pre-promotion for nominations: June 2 – June 20, 2025
Pre-promotion for voting: June 21 – August 1, 2025
Post-voting promotion before the winner reveal: August 2 – September 13,2025

Eligibility:

The Promotion is open to U.S. residents who are 18 or older unless specified by the award category and live within 60 miles of Las Vegas, Nevada.

Entry:

Participants must provide truthful information. Any false or fraudulent entries will be rejected and deleted. Those who don’t meet eligibility requirements will be disqualified, and entries may be deleted as required.

Participants can nominate and vote for their favorite Las Vegas businesses online or by scanning a custom QR code at participating locations.

To particiapte, visit BestintheCityAwards.com, follow the instructions, and complete the online entry form with your name, address, phone number, date of birth, and a valid email.

Entries must be made by the authorized account holder of the submitted email.
Multiple entrants cannot share the same email address.
Automated entries are prohibited.
Only one internet entry per person and per email address per day is permitted.

Winners:

 Best in the City Awards decisions are final.

Top vote-getters will be announced on Sept 13, 2025 based on votes submitted by July 20, 2025.
Winners will be revealed on Sept 13, 2025 at the Best in the City Awards.
Winners (or their legal guardians if underage) must submit required documents within 10 days or they will be disqualified—no alternate winners will be selected.
Awards must be picked up at the award show on 9-12-25 unless otherwise stated. Any unclaimed prizes within 30 days will be forfeited.

Conditions:

By participating in the Best in the City Awards and accepting a prize, winners and their guests (if applicable) allow the Best in the City Awards to photograph, film, and record them. The Best in the City Awards may use their name, city/state, image, voice, and statements for publicity or promotional purposes without any compensation. Where legally required, winners and guests must sign a publicity release before receiving their prize. Winners are responsible for ensuring their guests complete and return any required release forms.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, by entering the Promotion, you:

Grant the Best in the City Awards and it’s affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, and permanent right to use, edit, share, and distribute any materials you submit (photos, videos, audio, or written content) in any format, without payment to you or anyone else.

You confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal right to grant the Best in the City Awards permission to use your submitted materials. You own or control all rights to the materials and, if a minor is involved, you are their parent/legal guardian or have obtained their parent’s consent. Your submission must not violate privacy, publicity, or legal rights of any person or entity.

Participants, winners, and guests agree to release the Best in the City Awards, its sponsors, partners, affiliates and promoters from any claims or liability related to the prize or promotion. Winners and their guests may be required to sign a liability release, and it is the winner’s responsibility to ensure all required forms are completed and returned.

The Best in the City Awards reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the Promotion, its website, or social media pages, or violates the rules. If fraud, technical failures, or other unforeseen issues disrupt the Promotion, the Best in the City Awards may modify, cancel, or suspend it.

Attempts to damage or interfere with the Promotion may be illegal, and the Best in the City Awards may seek prosecution or damages. Failure to enforce a rule does not waive the Best in the City Awards rights.

By entering participating, you agree to the following:

Disputes will be settled through binding arbitration, not in court.
No class action lawsuits—all claims must be resolved individually.
Claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses—no punitive or additional damages.
Disputes will follow the laws of the state where the Best in the City Awards are located and be resolved in that jurisdiction.
If a dispute does go to court, there will be no jury trial.
If any part of these rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining rules will still apply.
